## Overview
This site is designed to be simple and private by default. I do not collect personal information and I do not try to identify you.
There are no accounts, no forms, and no user profiles. You can use the site without sharing any information about yourself.
## Lock screen
JakubOS includes a decorative lock screen on desktop (password) and mobile (passcode). This is a playful interaction, not real security.
Anything you type or enter is checked only in your browser to trigger the unlock animation. It is not validated against a real password, not sent to a server, and not stored in cookies or local storage. Input is cleared from memory when you unlock or leave the lock screen.
## Analytics
I use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used.
It provides basic, aggregated insights such as page views and device types. This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you.
It does not track you across websites.
## Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
## Third parties
The site is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical data such as IP address as part of delivering the service.

# About
JakubOS is a one-page experimental OS-like website.
Built with HTML, CSS, and vanilla JS.
Sticky note, dock, search, and lock screen are interactive elements.
Wi-Fi and battery controls are simulated, not real system settings.
